We hope you all had a restful day off yesterday! You all have been doing a PHENOMENAL job with this online learning. Keep up the great work! We are almost done your 3rd grade year! TODAY’S SCHEDULE: 11:00 - 3A and 3B whole group reading lesson with special musical guest: Mr. Fallon. *TODAY’S DOL 5/26: Make corrections as usual and check in tomorrow to self correct 1. my sister cant remember the last line of the poem leaves 2. at the farmers market i buyed tomatoes beans and corn *Friday's DOL 5/22: Please self correct your last DOL and see how you did! 1. Do you like the poem "Until I Saw the Sea," which we read last week? 2. "Yesterday I saw a woodchuck in Mr. Richard's garden," said Julie. *JOURNAL PROMPT: What does respect mean to you? How do you show respect? Response: Make sure you RESTATE the question and give at least 2-3 details to get full credit. Try your best and let me know if you have ANY questions! Be sure to watch the whole video before you start your homework. *SPELLING - * Unit 18: Gold! Gold! Gold! First, read pages 180+181. Then complete pages 182+183. Be sure to hit the "Turn In" button" or "Mark as Done" button when you've completed any assignment to get credit. We will post the answers for you to self correct these pages. Heads Up- 10 Sentences for Unit 18 will be due Friday. You can use the Google document provided to complete your sentences OR complete your sentences on your own paper at home BUT be SURE to take a picture and upload to Google Classroom OR Remind to receive credit. *RELIGION- Your assignment is to read chapter 12 pages 143, 144, and 145. This assignment is due TODAY 5/26. The chapter 12 book pages can be found in the Google Doc below or at https://misscapite.weebly.com/religion-book.html Be sure to hit the "Turn In" button" or "Mark as Done" button when you've completed the assignment. READING- “Celebrating Memorial Day” due Friday 5/29. Try your best AND be sure to give evidence in your written answers to receive full credit. Be sure to hit SUBMIT on Readworks each time when finished. Lastly, be sure to hit “Mark as Done” in “Your Work” box to get full credit on Google Classroom. CURSIVE- This week we will start practicing writing uppercase cursive letters. Please work on cursive pages 86, 87, 88, and 89. These pages will be due on Friday 5/29. Please remember to submit a picture on Google Classroom OR on Remind as well as hit the “Mark as Done” button to receive full credit. SOCIAL STUDIES- US GOVERNMENT (END OF UNIT TEST) Please go to the Google Slides that I’ve provided in Google Classroom under Social Studies. You have until Thursday afternoon to answer the questions on the slides. You will read carefully each question and type in the correct letter of the answer you chose into each box provided. For some you may need assistance from your parents or Google. That’s ok! Be sure to hit the “Mark as Done” button when finished to get full credit. Good Luck! Next up is the American Revolution to finish out the year!
