There’s a special Zoom Invite section that has every meeting date and time you need. Tomorrow we're going to Mystic, Connecticut. 2. The hammer hit Mrs. Hamann, but she wasn't hurt! *JOURNAL PROMPT: What is the hardest part about being a kid, and WHY? Response: Make sure you RESTATE the question and give at least 2-3 details to get full credit. MATH - Make sure to work on your monthly 60 minutes of IXL and 15 sessions of XtraMath *Miss Capite’s Math Class - Today we are going to continue working on Elapsed Time. Today’s Assignment: 1. Complete the Elapsed Time worksheet. First, you need to find out the times for both clocks. Then, you have to figure out how much time has passed between the first clock to the second clock. 2. Then, go to IXL and complete the assignment on Matching Clocks and Times. You will need to check the digital clock time and match it to the time written in words. https://www.ixl.com/math/grade-3/match-clocks-and-times *Mrs. Hamann’s Math Class - Make sure to work on your monthly 60 minutes of IXL and 15 sessions of XtraMath Mrs. Hamann’s Math Class- Today we will continue with Pictographs. Today’s Assignment: First, please watch the video on Pictographs https://youtu.be/GWoya4T37PU Next, go to IXL - Please complete Section U (Data and Graphs) Lessons 12+13 Lastly, please complete the Pumpkin Carving Google Slides online OR You can print out and complete the PDF version. If you choose this one, please be sure to upload or send a picture to receive credit. IMPORTANT: Hit the "MARK AS DONE" button when you are finished. Please try to complete this assignment today to help you stay right on track!! You got this!! *SPELLING - * Unit 17: The Nile Crocodile - Today’s assignment is to complete pages 174+175. Heads UP- 10 Sentences for Unit 17 due tomorrow. You can use the Google document provided to complete your sentences OR complete your sentences on your own paper at home BUT be SURE to take a picture and upload to Google Classroom OR Remind to receive credit. Be sure to hit the "Turn In" button" or "Mark as Done" button when you've completed any assignment to get credit. We will post the answers for you to self correct these pages at the end of the week. *RELIGION- Chapter 11 open-book test. This test will be due Wednesday 5/20. Don’t forget to include the page numbers where you find your answers! Please complete this test in 1 of the 3 ways: 1. Use the Google Slides in the “Your Work” box 2. Print out the test, write in your answers, and submit a picture on Google Classroom or Remind 3. Write your answers on a separate piece of paper and submit a picture on Google Classroom or Remind The chapter 11 book pages can be found in the Google Doc below or at https://misscapite.weebly.com/religion-book.html Be sure to hit the "Turn In" button" or "Mark as Done" button when you've completed the assignment. READING- “My Life Hasn’t Changed” due Friday 5/22. Try your best AND be sure to give evidence in your written answers to receive full credit. Be sure to hit SUBMIT on Readworks each time when finished. Lastly, be sure to hit “Mark as Done” in “Your Work” box to get full credit on Google Classroom. CURSIVE- Please work on cursive pages 70, 71, 72, and 73. These pages will be due on Friday 5/22. Please remember to submit a picture on Google Classroom OR on Remind as well as hit the “Mark as Done” button to receive full credit. SOCIAL STUDIES- How a Bill Becomes a Law (Be sure to read all directions carefully!! ) This assignment is due on Thursday, May 21st! This is a 4 slide assignment that begins with a title slide How a Bill Becomes a Law. Next, on slide 2, you will have to click on the link to take you to How a Bill Becomes a Law book. Please read the directions carefully to figure out how to turn the pages and get back to the slide show afterwards. After that, slide 3, you will click on the video link that brings you to I'm Just a Bill song. Again, once you are finished watching that, close out that tab to return to the slide show. The final slide is asking you to put the steps in order of How a Bill Becomes a Law. After you have read the book and watched the video, you should be able to list the steps in order.
