WRITING ACTIVITY- Students were given a turkey outline and a letter describing our November writing project. Students can work with you to come up with a clever way to disguise their turkey. You may color, glue, staple, whatever you'd like on your turkey to help disguise it so it won't be cooked and eaten on Thanksgiving day! These disguised turkeys are due on Friday as we will be using them for our in class writing project next week. An example from years prior was they created a movie theater popcorn bucket and put that over the turkey at the bottom. Then, the student took actual popped popcorn and glued them all over the turkey saying that he wasn't a turkey but a bucket of popcorn. Super cute and clever idea. This is a fun activity. Use whatever you have laying around the house. There is no need to go and buy any supplies. Students can also just use crayons or markers if they are unable to come up with supplies. There is no school tomorrow, Tuesday, November 5th On Wednesday is our half day Wednesday schedule with dismissal at 11:30. 11/1/2019 0 Comments Agenda 11-1-19*MATH- IXL and Xtramath (A new November calendar is being sent home today for the month to help keep track of these assignments.
