We are extremely proud of our 3rd grade students for working so hard to adapt to this new way of learning! We recognize that this is not a typical learning environment so we are not grading students with A’s, B’s, C’s etc… Your child is being graded as Passing or Incomplete. You will not see any grades on the progress report. You will only see a comment at the bottom of the report telling you how your child is doing at this halfway point of semester 3. We are grading the students on their daily and timely submissions of their work on Google Classroom. About two-three weeks ago all parents from grade 3 were invited via email, through Google Classroom, to be a guardian. This allows you to receive weekly emails giving you a summary of what your child may or may not be missing for our daily/weekly assignments. We have most parents signed on at this time, however if you have not done so, please accept that invite to start receiving your weekly updates. In Google Classroom, there is also a grade section that allows you to see and keep up with your child’s grades there. We are also putting grades into Renweb for report card time.
